Job summary

Elite Employment & Consultancy PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations, ensuring quality cocktails, house specialties, and guest experiences.

You will manage inventory, lead the bar team, coordinate with service staff, and uphold safety and hygiene standards in a high-volume setting in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bar or F&B setting, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Confident in cocktail preparation and familiar with bar inventory management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to perform under pressure.
• Service-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working late hours, weekends, and public holidays.
