Job summary

Billy Byrnes Bar in Kilkenny city centre is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused bar staff member to join our team. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in hospitality and experience with cocktails is preferable.

You will maintain high standards of service for both food and drink, work well in a strong team, and bring a passion for food and beverages to every shift. This is a full-time, permanent position with an 8-hour and night shift pattern, including weekends.
