Job summary

The Brehon Bar in The Brehon Hotel & Spa is recruiting Bar Waiting Staff to deliver friendly, professional service to guests in a busy hotel bar environment.

Successful candidates will have excellent customer care and communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a good command of English. Hotel experience at 3- or 4-star properties is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Previous hotel experience in a 3- or 4-star property is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service in The Brehon Bar.

What Will You Be Doing:

• Providing a friendly & professional service in The Brehon Bar
• Serving our guests to the high standards expected
• To have a clear understanding of the menu
• To ensure guests needs and expectations are met
• To communicate and co-operate with the kitchen team to assist in the smooth running of service
• To be knowledgeable about the local area and facilities within the Hotel

What The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• Excellent Customer care skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Previous Hotel experience in a 3 or 4* property would be an advantage
