• Keep the bar area clean at all times.
• Ensure accuracy of floats and report irregularities.
• Serve drinks and food efficiently when required.
• Be aware of daily menu items and drink services.
• Serve alcohol responsibly.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere in the bar.
• Deliver exceptional friendly service to every guest.
