Job summary

Talbot Hotel Midleton, part of the Talbot Collection, is seeking a Food and Beverage Assistant to cover midweek shifts with additional weekend hours as needed. You will deliver friendly service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring orders are accurate and guests are welcomed warmly.

Responsibilities include serving drinks and meals, maintaining cleanliness, and working with the kitchen to ensure timely, high-quality service. Previous hospitality experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and greeting skills.
• Willingness to work midweek with weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of menu items and drink services of the day.
• Greet guests warmly and take orders accurately.
• Ensure bar/restaurant areas are clean and well set.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen to relay orders promptly.
• Set up and clear tables and manage guest seating.
• Provide exceptional, friendly service to every guest.
