Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa is seeking a Sally Gap Bar & Brasserie Manager to lead our busy bar and brasserie team within a prestigious five‑star hotel. The role involves delivering exceptional F&B service to hotel and restaurant guests in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant, bar, hotel or hospitality environment preferred.
• Knowledge of wines, cocktails, and beverage service is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to hotel and restaurant guests.
