Job summary

Midlands Park Hotel in Ireland invites an ambitious Charter Bar & Eatery Manager to lead its busiest outlet, overseeing a team of about 35 colleagues and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

You will drive service excellence, commercial performance and staff development, with autonomy to influence the business direction and implement new ideas, while maintaining top standards across front and back of house.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years managing a high-volume bar, restaurant, hotel F&B outlet or similar operation.
• Proven success in leading and developing teams.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with budgets, forecasting, labour costs and stock controls.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~35 to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive guest satisfaction and revenue targets.
• Oversee budgeting, stock control and labour costs.
• Collaborate with GM, Executive Chef and leadership teams.
• Develop future leaders through coaching and mentoring.
