Job summary

Accenture Ireland is seeking an experienced Management Consultant in Banking to help deliver tech-enabled transformations for retail and commercial banking clients. You will work with a diverse team across strategy, technology and operations, designing and implementing large-scale programmes, building client relationships, and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

Experience in Retail or Commercial Banking advisory, operational or leadership roles.
Strong client-facing skills and ability to build relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Structured problem-solving approach with ability to deliver workable solutions.
Consulting experience or ability to operate in a consulting environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Translate client requirements into engineering solutions for large-scale programs.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams within governance frameworks to deliver technology strategy.
Develop business cases to identify and realise enterprise value.
Contribute to business development through opportunity identification and proposals.
