Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking experienced Project Managers to join our Consulting team. You will lead delivery of complex projects across finance transformation, operational excellence and change management for banking and financial services clients, ensuring high quality outputs and on-time delivery.

This role emphasizes customer experience, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, with opportunities to contribute to business development and propositions

Qualifications

• A third level degree with a strong academic record.
• PM certification with ability to apply best practices, tools and methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, or tailored approaches) to deliver measurable project outcomes.
• Minimum experience: Assistant Manager 4-6 years, Manager 6-8 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of complex projects for key clients across various industries, ensuring high-quality outputs and meeting tight deadlines.
• Define and drive projects across all stages of the project life cycle.
• Lead or support transformation initiatives, including digital transformation and customer experience initiatives.
