Job summary

Innovative Brands in Ashbourne, Co. Meath, is seeking an experienced Telesales Administrator to join our team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage B2B accounts, and process fast-paced orders across NAV and online portals.

You’ll coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams, assist accounts with order queries, and ensure all paperwork and payments are completed accurately. Training on all systems will be provided.

Qualifications

• Prior B2B telesales or account management experience, ideally within FMCG, food service, or retail.
• Confident telephone manner to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Proficient with order-processing on active customer lists and meeting cut-off times.
• Ability to collaborate with the wider team in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Full training will be provided on all systems.

Responsibilities

• Make scheduled inbound & outbound sales calls to an assigned customer base.
• Manage high-volume B2B accounts with a focus on upselling & cross-selling product lines.
• Input and confirm fast-paced orders accurately using company systems (NAV, Whatsapp for Business, Central Email Accounts, Online Portals).
• Confirm picked orders, post invoices, and print paperwork for next day deliveries.
• Process card payments during the ordering process.
• Primarily handle inbound calls to the office from customers and internal staff.
• Coordinate with purchasing & warehouse on stock availability and delivery dates.
• Assist accounts team with customer order queries.
• Return Driver daily check-in and ensure paperwork is signed and payments are documented.
• Maintain daily filing systems (electronic and physical).
