The role suits someone with experience in B2B support, technical operations, service delivery and project coordination, with a strong grasp of digital technologies.

You will investigate issues, coordinate escalations, develop knowledge of APIs and web services, and act as a bridge between customers, partners and internal engineering teams while building

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B customer support or service delivery.
• Strong understanding of APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, C/C++, XML or HTML).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Responsibilities
