Job summary

Soch Tech Limited is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive business and technology transformation initiatives in collaboration with clients, project managers, developers, architects, and testing teams. You will facilitate workshops, perform gap analysis, and support Agile delivery across projects.

The role focuses on gathering and validating requirements, creating BRDs and user stories, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Business Analyst in technology, consulting or digital transformation.
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business/functional requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience creating process maps, workflows, and business documentation.

Responsibilities

• Preferred: Experience with digital transformation/cloud/enterprise projects, Power BI/SQL, Azure DevOps/Jira/Confluence, CBAP/CCBA/PMI-PBA/Agile certifications.
