You will combine sales administration, customer service and telesales to drive growth while delivering an excellent customer experience. 2+ years of experience and ERP/CRM skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in Sales Administration, Internal Sales or Customer Service.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and B2B ordering platforms.
• Telesales or account management experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the B2B online ordering platform, ensuring product, pricing and stock information is accurate.
• Process and monitor wholesale customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer queries relating to products, pricing, stock and orders.
• Build relationships with existing customers through regular communication and proactive account support.
• Promote new products and seasonal ranges through planned telesales activity.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales by reviewing customer purchasing trends and order history.
• Prospect new wholesale customers and support business development initiatives.
• Analyse sales reports and customer activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide sales administration, reporting and project support to the Wholesale Sales team.
• Collaborate with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing to ensure excellent customer service.
