The role works with warehouse managers, sales and procurement, suppliers, transport companies and retail customers to ensure efficient order processing; a relevant qualification or experience and at least two years in a Customer

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a Customer Account Management role.
• Experience coordinating with warehouse, sales, procurement, suppliers, transport, and B2B/retail customers.
• Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of ERP and e-commerce processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and own key business accounts within Customer Operations.
• Provide full-cycle B2B support from processes to operational strategy.
• Work with warehouse, sales, procurement, suppliers, and transport companies.
• Ensure efficient order processing.
