Job summary

Amazon Business Australia is seeking a talented B2B Marketing Manager to accelerate growth, owning the strategy, management, and execution of lifecycle and events marketing. You will drive cross-channel campaigns and leverage data to optimise performance, shaping the customer journey for business buyers.

You will collaborate with local and global marketing leads, manage multiple programs, and present results in leadership reviews to boost adoption and spend.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels.

Responsibilities

• Set the marketing direction and build impactful campaigns aimed at lifecycle and events for Amazon Business.
• Track marketing performance on an ongoing basis, constantly looking for ways to improve the customer experience.
• Develop a unified cross-channel strategy that aims to engage B2B customers from organisations of all sizes.
• Manage multiple projects and balance conflicting priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
• Develop and champion bold and creative ideas.
• Present your results in weekly, monthly and quarterly business review meetings to process participants and stakeholders.
