Ascension is seeking a commercially focused Digital Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy, digital presence, and lead generation. This hybrid role combines home working with regular office attendance in Co. Kildare, Ireland, with occasional travel to client sites and events.

The role involves driving CRM-driven insights, marketing automation, content creation and collaboration with sales and service teams to grow revenue and market presence in a B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in digital marketing, demand generation or marketing management.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing plan aligned to objectives.
• Manage budget, forecasting, supplier management and ROI reporting.
• Create targeted campaigns across LinkedIn, email, SEO and paid channels.
• Lead nurture campaigns and data-driven lead generation.
• Coordinate content production and brand messaging.
• Oversee CRM, automation and AI-enabled insights.
