Job summary

Sturdy Products Ltd, based in Blessington, Co. Wicklow, Ireland, is seeking an Inside Sales Executive to drive growth across Ireland.

The role involves managing the sales process from enquiry to quotation, with a focus on proactive outbound activity to build a strong pipeline and convert opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in sales (B2B preferred), experience in related sectors, and strong organisation, communication, and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a sales role (B2B preferred).
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, facilities management, agriculture or related sectors advantageous.
• Comfortable with proactive outbound calling and developing new business opportunities.
• Highly organised and process-oriented with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new prospective customers across a wide range of markets.
• Handle new customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Proactively call prospective and existing customers to create new business opportunities and progress sales through the pipeline.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of sales opportunities aligned to targets.
• Qualify leads and identify best solutions in collaboration with operations.
