Ryanair Engineering Delivered by PAM Ireland Ltd invites Avionics Mechanics to join our Shannon Airport hangar team. You will perform avionic inspections, routine maintenance, wiring modifications and systems troubleshooting on a fleet of 600+ aircraft.

Shift work is 12 hours rotating: 5 on / 3 off and 4 on / 4 off. 2,080 hours per year with day (7am-7pm) and night (7pm-7am) shifts. Excellent spoken and written English is essential, and Boeing 737-800 experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Must have avionic maintenance experience, preferably hangar based.
• Previous maintenance experience on Boeing 737-800 is highly desirable.
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform avionic inspections, routine maintenance, wiring modifications and systems troubleshooting.
• Ensure aircraft documentation is completed and certified per MOE and procedures.
• Adhere to all company regulations and safe working practices.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times.
• Carry out other tasks as reasonably required by the Check/Zone Supervisor.

Reporting to the Check/Zone Supervisor, the successful candidates will join a team of highly skilled staff, contributing to the safe maintenance of a fleet of 600+ aircraft for one of the world's largest and most successful airlines. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing Avionic inspections, routine maintenance, wiring modifications and systems troubleshooting.
• Ensuring aircraft documentation is completed and certified in accordance with the MOE and company procedures.
• Adherence to all company regulations and safe working practices.
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment at all times.
• Carry out any other tasks as reasonably required by the Check/Zone Supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Must have avionic maintenance experience, preferably hangar based. Previous maintenance experience on Boeing 737-800 is highly desirable. Experience of wiring modifications and electrical hand skills. Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics. Be self-motivated, and able to work without direct supervision. Excellent spoken and written English is essential.

This role is Shift Work. Day Shift 7am-7pm and Night Shift 7pm-7am. 12-hour rotating shift of 5 on / 3 off, 4 on / 4 off. You will work 2,080 hours per annum, averaging 40 hours per week.
