Ryanair Engineering Delivered by PAM Ireland Ltd in Shannon Airport is seeking Aircraft Structures Mechanics to join our team, reporting to the Check/Zone Supervisor. You will contribute to the safe maintenance of a large fleet and work in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong sheet metal repair knowledge, ability to interpret complex drawings, and English fluency. Shift work includes 12-hour cycles; overtime may be required, and you may train non-skilled personnel.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of all aspects of aircraft sheet metal repair.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
• Experience with MRO components or aircraft sheet metal, preferably Boeing.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to train non-skilled personnel.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine and non-routine aircraft structural tasks using drawings, templates, and work instructions.
• Ensure all aircraft documentation is completed and certified per MOE and procedures.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment; follow health and safety practices.
• Adhere to company procedures and safe working practices.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Check/Zone Supervisor.

Ryanair Engineering Delivered by PAM Ireland Ltd has an exciting opportunity for Aircraft Structures Mechanics to join our team in our facility at Hangar 5, Shannon Airport. Reporting to the Check/Zone Supervisor, the successful candidates will join a team of highly skilled staff, contributing to the safe maintenance of a fleet of 600+ aircraft for one of the world's largest and most successful airlines. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Responsible for the completion of routine and non-routine aircraft structural tasks using engineering drawings, templates and work instructions. Ensure all aircraft documentation is accurately completed and certified in compliance with the MOE and company procedures. Maintain awareness and ensure best practices are observed for Health and Safety and Human Factors. Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment at all times. Adherence to all company procedures, regulations, and safe working practices. Perform any additional tasks reasonably assigned by the Check/Zone Supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience: A strong knowledge of all aspects of aircraft sheet metal repair. Strong practical hand skills, coupled with the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings. Previous MRO component or aircraft sheet metal experience, preferably with Boeing Aircraft. Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a clear, concise, and logical manner. Must be flexible, including availability to work overtime as required. Ability and readiness to train non-skilled personnel. Excellent spoken and written English is essential. Adaptable to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Good computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and similar applications. Excellent spoken and written English is essential. This role is Shift Work. Day Shift 7am-7pm and Night Shift 7pm-7am. 12-hour rotating shift of 5 on / 3 off, 4 on / 4 off. You will work 2,080 hours per annum, averaging 40 hours per week.
