Kearys Motor Group in Bandon, Co. Cork, is seeking a full-time Receptionist/Sales Administrator to join our growing team. You will manage the reception, greet customers, handle post, calls and emails, and support vehicle sales and administration.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a similar role, excellent communication, a proactive approach, and the ability to work as part of a team. Experience in the motor industry is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excel at understanding, anticipating and meeting customer needs.
• Work well as part of a team.
• Be flexible in their approach to work.
• Display a professional, courteous manner at all times.

Responsibilities

• Manage the running of reception area.
• Meet & greet customers – act as company ambassador.
• Sort and distribute post.
• Call and email management.
• Arrange travel – taxis, couriers, etc.
• Coordinate between customers and in-house departments for vehicle processing.
• Facilitate invoicing for vehicle sales/purchases.
• Manage ordering, registration, and taxing of new vehicles.
• Ensure vehicle ownership changes are completed.
• Set up and administer vehicle warranties.
• Ad-hoc tasks as required.
