Job summary

Tines is seeking a Professional Services Engineer in Dublin to serve as a technical authority for integrating and optimizing automation solutions across enterprise customers. You will guide customers through scoping, designing, building, and deploying automation Stories in their Tines tenant, ensuring secure, scalable workflows.

You will partner with Engagement and Project Management to align goals and timelines, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Labs to ensure offerings meet

Qualifications

• Delivering Professional Services and implementing SOAR or similar automation solutions.
• Strong customer-facing skills and experience.
• Experience interpreting API documentation and connecting tools via APIs.
• Ability to design and optimize automation workflows in customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Professional Services organization and help develop processes and procedures.
• Tackle Story and workflow builds for customers' most important workflows.
• Scope automation Stories based on customer requirements and identify blockers.
• Analyze customer tools and pain points to guide automation roadmaps.
• Design and develop Automation Stories and workflows in the customer Tines tenant, connecting tools via APIs.
• Deliver production-ready stories and workflows and set customers up for long-term success.
• Act as a resident automation engineer supporting customers in planning roadmaps.
