- Understanding of Key Worker/Support Worker role and philosophy for supporting people with complex needs.
- Ability to plan using Person Centred Plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred support to individuals in residential settings.
- Assist with daily living activities and routines.
- Support engagement in community activities and learning new skills.
- Support understanding of rights and help in decision making.
