Grant Thornton Ireland is establishing an Audit Quality Oversight (AQO) function to independently oversee audit quality across high-risk engagements. This role shapes a new capability, influences firm-wide quality, and collaborates with senior leadership on impactful matters.

As a founding AQO member, you will conduct reviews, shape methodologies, reporting, and training, while engaging with Methodology, Risk and Quality teams and leadership forums.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in complex audit environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of ISAs and LEAP.
• Ability to challenge senior stakeholders with evidence.

• Identify emerging risks and promote consistency of judgement across audits.
• Conduct independent reviews and contribute to firm-wide quality initiatives.
