Qualifications

• Significant experience in audit quality roles, ideally in a PIE environment.
• Strong technical expertise in auditing standards and financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent review and challenge on significant audit judgements and complex matters.
• Partner with Audit Partners and engagement teams to support robust decision‑making on complexity, risk and professional judgement.
• Promote consistent application of auditing standards and regulatory requirements across the practice.
• Identify emerging audit quality themes and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Design and implement strategic audit quality initiatives across the practice.
• Contribute to the firm's response to regulatory inspections and evolving stakeholder expectations.
• Share insights to enhance audit quality, professional scepticism and audit excellence.
• Build relationships and influence senior stakeholders through credible, balanced challenge.
