Job summary

Moore Ireland is seeking an Audit Associate Director to join the Dun Laoghaire Audit team, guiding engagements, budgets, and client relations. You will mentor staff and ensure high-quality audit work in line with professional standards.

Qualifications

• At least 4+ years post qualification experience in auditing Irish companies.
• “ACA, ACCA or other accounting qualification” is required.
• Business acumen to act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Experience in leading teams and managing staff.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Experience supervising assignments and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement planning, staffing, and workflow management to meet deadlines.
• Manage engagement budgets, billing, recoverability, and cash collection targets.
• Support Partners in business development and proposals.
• Lead, plan, review, and finalize complex audit engagements within budgets and deadlines.
• Provide technical oversight and quality review of audit files.
