Job summary

GEDON™ | Precision Search for Complex Construction is seeking an experienced M&E cost professional to join as Associate, taking ownership of a large data centre and controlled environments portfolio across Europe. You will work client-side, guiding cost planning, procurement and post-contract cost management with senior leadership support.

The role offers clear progression towards Associate Director, exposure to high-spec facilities, cross-disciplinary collaboration with QS, PM and design

Qualifications

• Strong M&E cost and commercial experience in data centres or services-intensive projects.
• Proven pre- and post-contract cost management across large schemes.
• Confident client-facing communicator with contract knowledge (NEC, FIDIC).
• Degree in QS/Building Services; professional membership advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for M&E cost management across a large data centre portfolio.
• Prepare cost plans, estimates and benchmarking across design stages.
• Advise on procurement strategy and tender documentation.
• Lead tender analysis and provide commercial recommendations.
• Manage post-contract cost management, valuations and final accounts.
• Review design docs to identify cost risks and value engineering opportunities.
