Job summary

KPMG Ireland is seeking an Associate Director in the M&E Cost Management Team in Dublin. You will lead cost management and QS activities across projects, collaborating with Directors to deliver value for key clients in a hybrid environment.

The role requires strong M&E cost expertise, Chartered status preferred, and a track record in managing teams and client relationships within the construction advisory space.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management / Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Chartered status with RICS, CIOB or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong understanding of multiple project types and the M&E cost management domain.

Responsibilities

• As an Associate Director, lead cost management and quantity surveying from inception to completion with a focus on M&E elements.
• Collaborate with Directors to manage multiple projects within key account frameworks.
• Mentor junior staff and drive performance standards and client relationships.
