Job summary

KPMG Ireland is seeking a Senior M&E Project Manager in Dublin to lead end‑to‑end MEP delivery on mission‑critical projects within Construction Advisory. The role blends management of schedules, budgets, procurement, and multidisciplinary coordination, reporting to the supervising Director.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in construction/engineering, chartered status preferred, and experience with data centre projects, contract management, and leading teams across complex developments.

Qualifications

• Degree (BSc/MSc) in Construction Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Chartered status or working toward chartership ideal but not essential.
• Understanding of hyperscale, colocation, or data centre projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of MEP works on mission-critical projects (concept to handover).
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules and commissioning plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design and BIM/CDE interfaces to avoid clashes.
• Own commercial performance: budgets, forecasts, contracts, change control.
