Job summary

Quest Recruitment is assisting a leading global alternative investment and fund administration business in Dublin to recruit an experienced Investor Relations professional for an Assistant Vice President (AVP) role.

The role focuses on managing key client relationships, overseeing operational delivery and providing leadership to a team, ensuring high service standards while driving continuous improvements across IR activities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Investor Relations or similar functions.
• Experience in fund administrator or hedge fund environment.
• At least 3 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of investor servicing, capital activity and fund administration processes.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and act as senior IR contact.
• Oversee team workflow to meet deadlines, controls and standards.
• Ensure NAV-related processes and capital activity are accurate and efficient.
• Oversee investor reporting and ensure timely distribution.
