O’Donoghue Ring Collection’s Cafe Du Parc in Killarney is hiring an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and lead the team in the manager’s absence. You will drive consistent service, elevate guest experiences, and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timing and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role in a similar fast paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Highly customer focused.

Responsibilities

• You will support the Cafe Du Parc Restaurant Manager in the day to day operations of the outlet.
• Increase the Food & Beverage sales while ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are achieved.
• Assist the Cafe Du Parc Restaurant Manager with weekly rosters.
• Lead the team in the absence of the Manager and assist in the management and development of the team.
• Ensure all service standards are consistent and maintained to the highest level at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Work closely with the Kitchen and the Head Chef to ensure timing, quality and safety is always adhered to.
• Support and deliver training to team members and actively develop the skills and knowledge of the department as a whole.
