O'Donoghue Ring Collection is hiring through Hosco in Killarney for an Assistant Manager at Café Du Parc. You will support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, drive Food & Beverage sales, and help manage rosters and staff development across the team.

The role requires supervisory experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Excellent English is essential, with a focus on service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support the Café Du Parc Restaurant Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Increase Food & Beverage sales while maintaining high quality standards.
• Assist with weekly rosters and cover for the Restaurant Manager.
• Lead the team in the Manager’s absence and develop staff performance.
• Ensure service standards are consistently maintained at the highest level.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Kitchen and Head Chef on timing, quality and safety.
• Support training and development of the team across departments.

What you'll do:

• You will support the Cafe Du Parc Restaurant Manager in the day to day operations of the outlet.
• Increase the Food & Beverage sales while ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are achieved.
• Assist the Cafe Du Parc Restaurant Manager with weekly rosters.
• Lead the team in the absence of the Manager and assist in the management and development of the team.
• Ensure all service standards are consistent and maintained to the highest level at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Work closely with the Kitchen and the Head Chef to ensure timing, quality and safety is always adhered to.
• Support and deliver training to team members and actively develop the skills and knowledge of the department as a whole.

About you:

• Experience in a supervisory role in a similar fast paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Highly customer focused.
• Great attention to detail.
• Fluent English is essential.
