Job summary

O’Donoghue Ring Collection in Killarney is hiring for an F&B Duty Manager to oversee daily operations of the Food & Beverage department within the hotel. The role reports to the General Manager and requires hands-on leadership of the F&B team to deliver exceptional service across restaurants, bars and events.

Applicants should have prior F&B management experience in a fast-paced hotel environment, strong leadership and customer service skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Food & Beverage Manager, Supervisor or Duty Manager within a fast-paced hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations across restaurants, bars and functions.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Food & Beverage department.
• Support and lead the F&B team to deliver high service standards.
• Manage events and functions per customer specifications.
• Ensure quality and standards across all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Monitor service standards and health & safety.
• Resolve guest issues promptly.
• Motivate and develop the F&B team.
• Ensure efficient operations across shifts.
