Harvey's Point Hotel in Donegal is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our award-winning team. You will work closely with F&B Management to ensure exceptional delivery of high-quality food and service to our guests.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or Assistant Manager experience in a busy, upscale hotel or restaurant.
• Strong organisation, time management, and leadership abilities.
• High attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work early shifts, weekends and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager with the smooth daily operation of breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
• Lead, motivate and support the front-of-house team, creating a positive and professional working environment.
• Deliver consistently high standards of guest service, hospitality and presentation.
• Assist with team training, rostering, coaching and performance management.
• Maintain excellent standards of hygiene, cleanliness and service across the restaurant.
• Handle guest queries and resolve issues confidently and professionally.
• Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure a seamless service.
• Take responsibility for the restaurant in the Manager’s absence, ensuring standards and service are maintained.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager with the smooth daily operation of breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
