Harvey's Point Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and supervise the Accommodation team, ensuring rooms and public areas meet standards. The role involves inventory support, defect management, and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience ideally 2 years in a similar role.
• Ability to multi-task & prioritize
• Excellent attention to detail is required
• Excellent communication skills to maintain good interdepartmental relations
• Available to work weekdays and weekends
• Must perform well in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• To inspect and supervise the guest rooms and public areas within the Hotel.
• To ensure that Accommodation staff have the supplies necessary to perform their duties.
• To assist in the inventory process.
• To perform shift-associated work such as room assignment, vacant rooms, discrepancy reports, key controls and turn down assignments and inspections.
• To manage any defects with respect to Maintenance and Housekeeping concerns.
• To work in compliance with all Health and Safety regulations, including Fire, Emergency and Chemical regulations.

Duties

• To inspect and supervise the guest rooms and public areas within the Hotel.

• To ensure that Accommodation staff have the supplies necessary to perform their duties.
