Supermac's in Headford, Co. Galway is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, support the Store Manager, and deliver excellent service. The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in fast-food, strong people management, planning and communication skills, and a solid understanding of HACCP.

Applicants should be prepared for a mix of days, evenings and weekends. Headford location with commuting considerations.

Description

Supermac's is a company with a progressive vision and is currently inviting candidates to apply for the position of Assistant Store Manager for our Headford Town Co, Galway.

Please note: This position is based in Headford Town, approximately 16 miles (26 km) from Galway City. Applicants must have their own reliable transport or live within a reasonable commuting distance.

Do not apply if you live in Galway City and do not have access to a car, as daily commuting by bus is not suitable for this position.

• Full availability is required from Monday to Sunday.

As Assistant Manager, you will report to and provide ongoing support to the Store to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the targets established for the unit. You will work as part of a team with Team Members and Training Coaches.
