Monread Fare in Naas is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Supermac's restaurant, overseeing daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service and driving profitability. You will manage a busy team, ensure high standards of food quality, and collaborate with site management to meet operational targets.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on management, and a proactive approach to staff development, HACCP compliance and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced forecourt

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' management experience within a fast-paced food service or retail environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operation of the Supermac's restaurant, ensuring exceptional standards in customer service, food quality, team performance and profitability.

Working closely with the Site Management team, you will lead and inspire your team while ensuring operational standards, compliance and commercial targets are consistently achieved.
