Job summary

Supermac’s is seeking an Assistant Manager for Headford Town, Co. Galway. The role reports to the Store Manager and involves hands-on team leadership, delivering excellent service, and implementing promotions and in-store initiatives.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a supervisory Fast Food role, strong organisational and customer-service skills, and flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends. Transport or commuting distance is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in Fast Food is required.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational, communication, and planning skills.
• Be passionate about Customer Service and professional in public.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Store Manager to deliver excellent service every day.
• Supervise team members' daily activities to meet high standards.
• Maintain 100% customer focus and lead from the front to develop the team.

Please note:This position is based inHeadford Town, approximately16 miles(26 km) from Galway City. Applicants must have their own reliable transport or live within a reasonable commuting distance.

Do not apply if you live in Galway City and do not have access to a car, as daily commuting by bus is not suitable for this position.

**Full availability is required from Monday to Sunday.**

As Assistant Manager, you will report to and provide ongoing support to the Store to ensure that the restaurant meets or exceeds the targets established for the unit. You will work as part of a team with Team Members and Training Coaches.

• Work closely with your Store Manager to deliver amazing service every day
• Supervise team members' daily activities and ensure that necessary tasks are completed to meet our high standards.
• Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team.
• Being hands-on and leading from the front, committed to developing your team
• Training the team on all aspects of Supermac’s operations
• Coordinate in-store sales and promotions
• To assist the store manager as appropriate in employee relations

Your Profile:

• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the Fast Food industry is required.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational, communication, and planning skills
• Be passionate about Customer Service
• Be able to conduct yourself professionally at all times, especially when in the public eye.
• You must be 100% customer-focused, innovative, motivating, and energetic for this hands-on role
• Knowledge of Food safety is required (HACCP)
• You must be flexible to work a mixture of days, evenings, and weekends
