Job summary

Supermac's in Headford, Co. Galway is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, support the Store Manager, and deliver excellent service. The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory experience in fast-food, strong people management, planning and communication skills, and a solid understanding of HACCP.

Applicants should be prepared for a mix of days, evenings and weekends. Headford location with commuting considerations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the Fast Food industry.
• Demonstrate excellent people management skills.
• Demonstrate excellent organisational, communication, and planning skills.
• Be passionate about Customer Service.
• Be able to conduct yourself professionally at all times, especially when in the public eye.
• You must be 100% customer-focused, innovative, motivating, and energetic for this hands-on role.
• Knowledge of Food safety is required (HACCP).
• Flexible to work a mixture of days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with your Store Manager to deliver amazing service every day.
• Supervise team members' daily activities and ensure that necessary tasks are completed to meet our high standards.
• Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team.
• Being hands-on and leading from the front, committed to developing your team.
• Training the team on all aspects of Supermac's operations.
• Coordinate in-store sales and promotions.
• To assist the store manager as appropriate in employee relations.
