Job summary

Supermac’s in Blackrock, Co Dublin, is seeking a Supervisor to ensure smooth shift operations and lead a motivated team. You will work with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, train staff, and drive in-store promotions in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience and be eligible to work in Ireland, with a hands-on leadership style and commitment to developing the team.

Qualifications

• Overseeing shift operations and supervising the team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth running of the shift.
• Work closely with Store Manager to deliver excellent service.
• Supervise daily activities of team members and complete tasks to standard.
• Lead from the front and develop your team.
• Train the team on all aspects of Supermac's operations.
• Coordinate in-store sales and promotions.
• Support store manager with employee relations.

The job:

• Ensure the smooth running of the shift
• Work closely with your Store Manager to deliver amazing service every day
• Supervise the activities of team members daily and ensure necessary tasks are
• completed to meet our high standards
• Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team around you
• Being hands-on and leading from the front, committed to developing your team
• Training the team on all aspects of the Supermac’s operations
• Co-ordinate in-store sales and promotions
• To assist the store manager as appropriate in employee relations

Work Environment:

Fast-paced, “non-stop” environment. Physically demanding at times due to certain requirements of the business with regard to the level of business, quality of staff, quantity of staff, preparedness for business demands, etc. Certain business volumes necessitate prolonged periods of time without sitting down.
