Responsibilities

• Driving Sales & Performance: partner with Store Manager to meet and exceed sales targets; analyze data and implement strategies.
• Compliance & Store Standards: ensure adherence to store policies and maintain loss prevention.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels, conduct counts, resolve discrepancies with management.
• Store Security & Closing Procedures: secure the store at day end, set alarms, prepare for next day.
• Administrative Tasks: maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, schedules, and onboarding new team members.

Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll take on a variety of important duties, including:

1. Driving Sales & Performance

• Partnering with the Store Manager to meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
• Analyzing sales data to create actionable strategies that motivate the team to achieve results.
• Executing marketing campaigns and ensuring compliance with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Creating attractive displays to enhance customer engagement and boost sales.
• Coaching and mentoring staff to enhance their skills in sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
• Building a positive and motivated team culture focused on achieving consistent results.

4. Compliance & Store Standards

• Ensuring adherence to store policies and addressing any concerns in collaboration with senior management.
• Maintaining a safe and secure store environment by implementing loss prevention measures.

5. Inventory Management

• Monitoring stock levels, conducting inventory counts, and managing stock discrepancies.
• Collaborating with management to resolve inventory challenges promptly.

6. Store Security & Closing Procedures

• Securing the store at the end of the day, including locking up, setting alarms, and conducting safety checks.
• Preparing the store for the next business day to ensure smooth operations.

7. Administrative Tasks

• Managing accurate records of sales, inventory, schedules, and employee details.
• Assisting with HR responsibilities, such as onboarding new team members
