Job summary

wed2b Limited in Dublin is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our in-store team, 36 hours per week, permanent/part-time role with a competitive salary plus commission.

You will lead from the front, coach a high performing team, drive sales and KPIs, and create a warm, luxury in-store experience for every customer while supporting the Store Manager to achieve targets. This role suits a confident, target-driven leader in fast-paced fashion retail.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or management is preferred.
• Ability to coach and develop a sales team.
• Strong commercial awareness and KPI focus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading from the front to deliver strong sales performance and set the standard on the shop floor
• Coaching, developing and motivating a high performing, target driven team
• Driving sales and KPIs through hands on leadership and strong commercial awareness
• Creating a warm, friendly, luxury in store experience for every customer
• Supporting the Store Manager to deliver store targets and overall performance
• Taking ownership of the store, including its performance, in the absence of the Store Manager
• Using data, insight and instinct to identify opportunities and maximise performance
