Grant Thornton in Dublin is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead asset management transformation programmes within the Consulting practice. You will manage end-to-end engagements, drawing on industry, operations, technology, data and regulatory change expertise.

The role emphasizes operating-model redesign, process improvement, regulatory initiatives, data modernisation and business change programmes for asset managers, fund administrators, custodians and related firms.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in consulting and transformation delivery.
• Experience in asset management or asset servicing environments is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver asset management transformation programmes from mobilisation through BAU handover.
• Apply asset management expertise to solving operational and organisational challenges.
• Design and implement target operating models, governance and end-to-end processes.
• Support change across product, investment operations, fund accounting, transfer agency, AML/KYC, onboarding and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions and data transformations.
• Embed regulatory, risk and control requirements into programme design and delivery.
• Establish governance, define requirements, facilitate workshops and develop data-driven roadmaps.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training and knowledge transfer for adoption.
