Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking a Manager to join the Asset Management audit team in Dublin or Cork. You will lead high‑quality audits, manage engagements from planning to completion, and build trusted client relationships within a growing practice.

The role requires 5+ years’ asset management/financial services audit experience, strong IFRS and Irish GAAP knowledge, and proven leadership of audit teams. We offer flexible hybrid working, clear progression, and a competitive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience within Asset Management / Financial Services audit.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, Irish GAAP and auditing standards.
• Experience managing audit engagements and leading teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit Leadership & Delivery: Lead and manage high‑quality audit engagements across Asset Management clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Technical & Practice Contribution: Ensure audits comply with standards and contribute to process improvements.
