Job summary

The Westbury in Dublin is seeking a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our busy five-star kitchen.

You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef, lead the service, and help maintain high standards of food quality, safety and presentation while assisting with prep, stock control and team development.

This role offers a rewarding environment with strong training, career progression and a chance to contribute to a renowned luxury hotel.

Qualifications

• Previous Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef experience.
• Strong kitchen and organisational skills.
• A passion for high-quality food.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

• Help train and develop junior members of the team

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
• Strong kitchen and organisational skills
• A passion for high-quality food
• Ability to work well under pressure
• A positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Flexibility to work across different shifts
