Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in bakery or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Measure and combine ingredients, use mixers and heat sources to bake goods such as breads, sourdough, cakes and patisserie items.
• Test ingredients and finished goods for quality and safety, and help develop new recipes.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of bread making and dough handling.
• Prepare, bake and finish products to a high standard using artisanal methods.
• Cut and shape products by hand as required.
