Job summary

Fewer Harrington & Partners is seeking an Architectural Technician/Technologist to join a structured team in Ireland. You will provide essential technical support, liaise with clients and contractors, and contribute to a robust pipeline of medium to large residential developments, with experience across industrial, commercial and healthcare projects as an advantage.

Role Description

As an Architectural Technician / Technologist you will work within an established and structured architectural team, tasked with providing all the necessary technical support to the team. The role will also see you liaising with clients and contractors. Therefore, good communication skills will be required. In this position, you will work on a strong pipeline of medium to large residential projects, with the ideal candidate having experience in Large Scale Residential Developments, along with industrial, commercial and/or healthcare developments.

Requirements

• 7-10 years' experience working within an architectural practice
• Strong track record in medium to large residential developments, including Large-scale Residential Developments (LRDs)
• Experience in industrial, commercial and healthcare projects an advantage
• Strong technical detailing, drawing and design skills
• Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD is essential
• Excellent presentation, communication and project coordination skills
