Job summary

Fewer Harrington & Partners is seeking an Architectural Technician/Technologist to join a structured team in Ireland. You will provide essential technical support, liaise with clients and contractors, and contribute to a robust pipeline of medium to large residential developments, with experience across industrial, commercial and healthcare projects as an advantage.

Ideal candidates will have a strong technical detailing capability, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and excellent presentation

Qualifications

• 7–10 years experience in an architectural practice.
• Strong track record in medium to large residential developments (LRDs).
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
• Excellent presentation, communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the design team and project workflows.
• Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure design intent and technical clarity.
• Contribute to a strong pipeline of medium to large residential projects, with cross‑discipline collaboration.
