Lumen Search is seeking Architectural Technologists at varying levels in Ireland. The role supports projects from inception through to construction, with emphasis on Revit-based delivery and strict adherence to Irish building regulations.

• 0 - 10 years' experience in the industry.
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to achieve project deadlines.
• Revit experience is a must.
• Thorough knowledge of Irish building regulations.
• Prior experience in contributing to projects from inception through to Site is highly beneficial.
• Must be able to convey accurate information to different stakeholders effectively.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Self-Driven and willingness to learn, adopting a 'can do' mentality and work ethic.

Our client is an award-winning design-led Architectural practice with a wide range of significant commercial, residential, healthcare, hotel and education projects. They focus on forging lasting relationships with clients through their innovative and technical approach to projects.

The Role:

Due to a significant pipeline of work, our client is looking to add Architectural Technologists at varying levels - from Junior to Senior level.

GFor the more expeirenced candidates, they may be involved in a number of projects at various stages, and having site-based experience in the delivery of projects is beneficial.

They will also ideally have experience working with projects from inception through to Construction stages, and will have up to date Revit skills as this Practice is primarily Revit.

Required Background:
