Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in Dublin seeks a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a leading architectural design studio. You will work across the full project lifecycle, collaborating with a skilled team and mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate holds a qualification in Architectural Technology, has 5+ years' experience, and shows strong BIM skills (Revit and/or ArchiCAD). Full eligibility to work in Ireland is required.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Architectural Technology.
• 5+ years' experience as Architectural Technologist.
• Strong BIM proficiency (Revit and ArchiCAD).
• Solid knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and current industry standards.
• Experience on medium to large-scale projects through all stages.

A leading architectural design studio in Dublin city, renowned for delivering some of Ireland's most recognisable developments, is expanding its team and seeking highly experienced Architectural Technologists.

They work across a diverse project range including residential, retail, commercial, leisure, and mixed-use developments. Located in the heart of Dublin city, the office is easily accessible via public transport and surrounded by a wide range of amenities.

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, working alongside a talented team and mentoring junior team members.

The ideal Architectural Technologist will possess good technical knowledge, a solid understanding of Irish Building Regulations and Technical Guidance Documents (TGD), and project experience from planning through to construction is highly desired.

• Qualification in Architectural Technology
• 5+ years' experience in an Architectural Technologist role
• Strong BIM proficiency (Revit and/or ArchiCAD)
• Good understanding of Building Regulations, and current industry standards
