Job summary

Lumen Search Ltd. is assisting an established architectural practice in Limerick to appoint an Architect with 3–5 years' experience. You will work across feasibility, design and delivery of diverse projects, using Revit to produce and coordinate design information.

Working with senior architects, consultants and project teams, you will assist with statutory submissions, technical coordination, tender documentation and site inspections, in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years' post-qualification experience within an architectural practice.
• Experience across both design and technical project stages.
• Residential and/or Mixed-Use project experience advantageous.
• Good working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and statutory requirements.
• Experience producing and coordinating detailed design and technical documentation.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary consultants.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and practical approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects from feasibility and early design through detailed design and construction.
• Produce and coordinate design information using Revit.
• Support statutory submissions, technical coordination, tender documentation and site inspections.
• Work alongside senior architects, consultants and wider project teams.
• Assist with coordination across design disciplines and construction phases.

The Role

Our client is seeking an Architect with 3-5 years' experience to join their Limerick studio, working across the design and delivery of a diverse range of projects.

You will contribute to projects from feasibility and early design through detailed design and construction, producing and coordinating design information using Revit. Working alongside senior architects, consultants and wider project teams, you will support statutory submissions, technical coordination, tender documentation and site inspections.

Required Background

• Degree in Architecture


• 3-5 years' post-qualification experience within an architectural practice
